[flux-dev] repo restructuring

Hey!

I restructured the repository today and moved the old bundle projects (core, ui-integration, jdt-service) to the root level of the project repo, so that they are side-by-side now with the other headless bundle projects.
That means that if you have those projects imported in your workspace, you need to re-import them. Hope it doesn’t cause any issues.

In addition to that I also added a build to produce a p2 repository for the IDE integration bits. As soon as I have that running on our Hudson instance, I will let you know.
