Indeed, 4.0.4 was supposed to be released. On the staging folder there's only a 4.0.3. and 4.0.2 too. See https://download.eclipse.org/faces/jakartaee10/staged/eftl/

Anyone with access to the ci can basically stage a new release. The CI is at https://ci.eclipse.org/faces

I'll do a little digging to find out where we left off.

We had a challenge (Issue 1854) accepted back in Oct 2023, and thought a new TCK may have been released later on with the fix.  This never happened, unfortunately.

I propose creating a 4.0.4 release, if there are no objections. I can try to do it myself, assuming I have correct permissions.
