[evangelists] Generating engagement opportunities

Hey folks.

I'd like to take a more assertive approach to finding opportunities to 
evangelize this year. I'd like to be able to leverage you in this 
process. In that spirit, I'd like to know where I should be directing my 
attention. I can, for example, approach some of the various user groups 
(including JUGs) out there and line up some opportunities. The big 
question is: in what parts of the world and when?

Please drop me a note by private email (wayne@xxxxxxxxxxx) to let me 
know what your constraints are. You might say, for example, that you're 
comfortable with "an audience of 50-100 people in the Fort Worth area in 
the month of June." It's probably a good idea to also let me know what 
topics you'd be interested in pursuing.

FWIW, I expect to help you assemble presentation materials, and will 
provide you with some Eclipse swag so that you can properly represent 
our community.
