[evangelists] Presentations on the Evangelism page

Hey folks.

I've uploaded a few more of my presentations; they're available from the 
evangelism page [1]. They include a talk on Test-driven development 
(with demo) and a Ganymede overview.

Feel free to make use of them. They're currently EPL-licensed, but I'm 
considering relicensing them under a CC share and share alike license. 
Thoughts?

Also, I've been thinking about extending an invitation to current and 
would-be evangelists to provide coaching on assembling and delivering a 
presentation. Thoughts on this?
