Hi developers,

the new o.e.e.ui.layout plug-in depends on the KIELER framework.
It needs at least a 0.7.1 version of the "KIELER Layout - Graphviz Support" and the "KIELER Layout for Graphiti".
It is recommended to install those features of the 0.8 version directly from the KIELER update site at
http://rtsys.informatik.uni-kiel.de/~kieler/updatesite/

In case of problems don't hesitate to ask for help, please.
