[escet-dev] Eclipse ESCET forum removed from project page

Hi all,

Given that the Eclipse Foundation phased out forums, the Eclipse ESCET forum is now readonly. I've removed the link to the forum at our project page (https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.escet/contact). Instead, I've added a link to the website contact page. I had to list it under 'Forums', as the edit page doesn't allow me to enter it any other way (the only other options are mailing lists, which don't allow for a URL).
