[es-dev] Why is glassfish-copyright-maven-plugin rejecting Eclipse Foundation Copyright?

It seems that the glassfish-copyright-maven-plugin is rejecting new files that have the Copyright set to Eclipse Foundation.

When performing `mvn glassfish-copyright:repair`. it places Oracle as the Copyright holder but this is not correct as for new Java Files, it is Eclipse Foundation that is the holder.

How to properly set up the project so that the correct copyright is accepted?
