Hi,

I created the Jakarta Security 3.0 plan here: https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/ee4j.es/releases/3.0

It's a combination of items in the tracker, and items that have been discussed before. As with all the plans, it's not set in stone, but indicates a general direction of what we're planning to do.

If anyone has any proposals for changes before the 15th, let me know specifically. Otherwise we can update the plan at any later date.
