We have Neon.2 RC3 this week. Here is the schedule

 

Candidate build             : Nov 23, 2016 4:00 AM EST

Test Pass and signoff   : Nov 24, 2016 6:00 PM EST

Promotion                     : Nov 25, 2016 4:00 AM EST

 

Please make you got all the required approvals before committing your code. As mentioned by Dani all contributions require PMC approval
