This is not in HEAD yet. Wanted to give a heads up first. We would like to release it today though so we can get a few builds under our belt before M5 candidate builds start.

Wow...amazing timing. I/ECF are beginning to use the service hooks, but
have not used PublishHook yet. It sounds like the change has been
released to HEAD already, so I will update and proceed from there.
