[equinox-dev] Committer vote for Susan McCourt has been approved by the

The PMC has approved the vote for Susan McCourt's full Committer status on
the equinox component of the eclipse.incubator project. The next step is
for the project lead to return to the portal and fill in the CVS package
and employer information for Susan McCourt.
