[equinox-dev] Prosyst contributions have preliminary approval

As you may recall a month or two ago
the folks at Prosyst set the wheels in motion to contribute implementations
of Declarative Serices, Wire Admin, Initial Provisioning and IO connector
services.  These contributions have finally made it out of the IP
queue with preliminary approval (i.e., ok for use in the Equinox incubator
but not for release).  So the code should be committed soon.  On
that note, it seems fitting that one of the newly elected Prosyst committers
be the ones to do the initial commits (once their committer status has
been provisioned).
