[equinox-dev] John Arthorne as a committer in the incubator
I hereby propose to add John Arthorne as a committer in the Equinox
incubator. John has a long history working on Core and Runtime parts of
Eclipse and is in a position now to contribute to a number of areas
related to Equinox. In particular he is interested in helping with
provisioning.
