Yes, the file is read using the encoding  ISO 8859-1 since it is read by using the Properties.load() method.

Hi,

I can't find any official reference to what character encoding is used in the
config.ini file. My guess is that ISO-8859-1, as is the encoding used for
java.util.Properties, is what is expected, but I would like to have that
verified.
