This is in the old platform-core-home
web site, which is no longer linked to the main project page on eclipse.org.
 The platform core Web site was migrated to:

dev.eclipse.org:/cvsroot/org.eclipse/www/eclipse/platform-core/

We should only be adding material to
the new site to avoid confusion.

I've posted an updated version of the test plan on http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/%7Echeckout%7E/platform-core-home/documents/3.2/test_plan.html.
It mostly lists the areas that are
new or received changes, but of course this list is not exclusive.
