Sorry, but no. When you download and there is no mirror, wait.  I cannot add yet more work that requires me to schedule email based on checking for mirrors existing. 

Normally direct downloads were a bit slow but currently it is hundreds of times slower 

It’s currently an unmitigated disaster. I started at 7:00AM yesterday and was still not finished at 10:00PM.  I could not test today either. 

You might imagine I’m in a really bad mood and definitely in no mood to entertain email scheduling around mirror availability, which anyone can check for themselves.
