Our next milestone build is available for testing: EPP 2025-09 M1

Thank you to Ed for running through the checklist - and also for contributing some releng improvements to automate more of the checklist.

Please see this conversation for some details in regards to issues updating from 2025-06 -> 2025-09 related to removing source features in Eclipse Platform. This affects committers, modelling, rcp, scout.

I have been following the steps on https://github.com/eclipse-packaging/packages/labels/endgame - you can see the checkmarks as to what is done.
