I'm afraid I have to skip these tests, since I get only about 16 KB/s, which gives an estimate of +7 hours for the download:

>From most other locations I get download speeds of tens of MB/s, (for example the official eclipse-embedcpp-2021-03-R-macosx-cocoa-x86_64.dmg package came from a mirror in 17 sec), so the problem is not the local link.
