Thank you all for stepping up and welcoming Leif. His election is due to conclude on Tuesday and we have enough committers have voted which means that this re-run of the election should conclude successfully. If you haven't voted yet, please do vote and welcome Leif taking over the important role of maintaining the Java package for the EPP project.

I quote here a key part of our policy (emphasis mine):

Normally people do not vote "0" just because they have no first hand knowledge of a person's committer history (as they might on other projects), but vote "+1" if basic criteria are met, to be welcoming and supportive of new people coming in.
