[epp-dev] Delay in RC1

Hi folks,

I was just about to send out RC1 and I was reviewing/checking when I realized that the JustJ version had not been updated to the release JustJ. I am rebuilding now, the release is delayed, but should still come out tonight (Ottawa time).
