Hello folks,

All the epp.website.xml files in EPP have

  <!-- version, the RCP version to build. This is used to determine the file
    name of the root file archives -->
  <rcp version="4.18.0" />

Can anyone tell me where this is used for, if anything today? It turns out that the value was wrong for 2020-09 release (it said 4.16 instead of 4.17).
