Apologies for the delays again due to MacOSX Notarization being even more unstable than previously. The advice from cbi-dev means that we have a build that has all but Scout Package notarized and the notarization time has been reduced from ~2 hours to about 20 minutes. Further refinements in this process are coming.

I have been following the steps on https://hackmd.io/@jonahgraham/eclipse-epp-release-process - you can see the checkmarks as to what is done.
