Hi everyone,

Our next milestone build is available for testing: EPP 2020-06 RC2

This build has a new way of labelling packages containing incubating components. This labeling was agreed during today's Architecture Council meeting and summarized in Bug 564214. In short, "includes Incubating components" now only appears in Help -> About of the package. It no longer appears on the downloads page or in the file name itself. For JEE, _javascript_, CPP and Rust this means that the -incubation part of the filename has been removed in RC2. Thanks to Wayne for reviewing them and a special thanks to Nitin for pushing to make sure this got done properly and in a way that I hope satisfies all interested parties. The release process has been updated to document this.
