John, I was under the impression that we replaced +1 with -1, i.e. unless there is a -1 the Committers package is good to be published on the website. Am I wrong?

I don't think you are wrong. I think that packages are published regardless of the score and the -1 even does not stop it publishing - but if package maintainer wants it can be removed or accompanied by a message on the download page. That roughly mirrors what was last said on

That said, some people are still doing +1 and it was listed as preferable, so I would like it to be consistent. Also, as having just taken over the releng side of things I was hoping for some +1s as confirmation that the world is still turning.
I am also hoping someone steps up and says yes to the question of whether the notarized dmgs are indeed working (and notarized) as expected.
