the build with our Neon.2 RC2 packages is available now at

  https://hudson.eclipse.org/packaging/job/neon.epp-tycho-build/471/artifact/org.eclipse.epp.packages/archive/

Updates should be possible with the following two p2 repositories

  http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/neon/SR2-RC2

  http://download.eclipse.org/staging/neon

I'm planning to publish this build tomorrow/Friday at the usual time (10am Eastern), and hope to see many +1 votes until then.
