Hi package maintainers,

this week they are available early - the Mars.2 RC3 packages:

  https://hudson.eclipse.org/packaging/job/mars.epp-tycho-build/366/artifact/org.eclipse.epp.packages/archive/

The corresponding p2 repositories for update tests are
http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/mars/SR2-RC3/and http://download.eclipse.org/releases/maintenance/.

Same procedure as last week: The release on the download
page for RC3 is scheduled for tomorrow/Friday. Please test carefully as
it is only one RC away from the final build next week.
