Re: [epp-dev] Updating a package (Parallel package) gives errors
|
Is it possible that the '
Shared profile' is the problem in the first case?
And in the second one I see a '
org.eclipse.platform.feature.group' requirement of version 3.7.2 (which is the expected version), but due to unknown reasons it is not available. Network problems? Are any other errors (timeouts, network I/O, etc) written to the log file?
I'll try to reproduce it here.
Regards,
Markus

So it may very well be a network glitch earlier today, either on the download servers, or just a coincidence that it hit two users this morning.
Both appear to have been in Europe/UK, if that matters.

Strange, I got two error reports this morning of trying to update the parallel package with (different) errors (see attached below)
I did this on Friday, tested updating a Mac64 SR1 parallel package to SR2 successfully.
Trying it again this morning. It's somewhat slow, but got past the license agreement at least, looks ok so far.
Any idea why these users got errors updating?
