The Java package didn't build due to a missing WindowBuilder dependency:

Markus, should we wait for RC3 or could we consume that dependency from the WindowBuilder site? 

According to cross-project-issues-dev the SR2 contribution is now fixed. Not sure why it's not on the repository, possibly the contribution wasn't re-enabled.
