not really. All bundles are taken from the Helios p2 repository (and even there it was sometimes hard to say through which project e.g. an Orbit bundle was contributed - not sure if this is still a problem or has been solved in the meantime).

In EPP there is only a list of 'feature dependencies' and it is p2's responsibility to find a solution during build time. The packages web pages are listing the feature requirements, e.g. http://eclipse.org/downloads/packages/eclipse-rcpplug-developers/galileosr2
