[epf-dev] Vote for Committer status for yulong tong was started by Bruce MacIsaac

This automatically generated message signals that Bruce MacIsaac has
nominated yulong tong as a Committer on the technology.epf project. The
reason given is as follows:

Akin (Yu Long) has been the primary contributor to EPF for the last year. 
He has contributed code for the following bugs: - default reference
update - update SSL to
TLS,avoid OpenSSL "heart bleed" - update init-param in
the web.xml,which make the published site unavailable on the Tomcat(higher
or equal 8),update new epf-web-search.jar(with TLS and new certificate)

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 19 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). yulong tong must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
