[epf-dev] Change to scheduled architecture / dev con call

At the last call we discussed that I won't be able to make the call
scheduled for today, so I am proposing that we reschedule to Friday March
23rd at 0900 UTC / 1600 UTC. The Yahoo calender has been updated but please
get in touch if you want to propose a different time.
