[emft-dev] [MWE] Move to Github

Hello MWE Developers,
as you may has noticed the mwe sources where force-moved to gerrit as git repo.
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=533786
so we have to change to jobs and local remotes.
i'd like to take this opportunity to move to github as primary git location
which would align with the rest of our xtext development.
do you have any objections or comments?
