[emft-dev] ACTION REQUIRED: Moving up to releng.basebuilder, version M7_

To everyone that uses the Modeling Build system:

It's time to move up to the latest basebuilder tag. (If you haven't 
completed your M7, you can choose to do this before or after.)

* To do so requires that you change ONE file in your .releng project. 
Here's how:

* Once you've made this change, you'll want to try a build by entering 
"M7_34" instead of "M5_34" in the field on your build page.

* When satisified, to set M7_34 as the default value for the build page,
