Since the voting period has expired and all votes have been +1, this
proposal is approved.  I'll need to fill out this form for each committer
on the new component:

Please have a look at that form and send me the information that I'll need
to put in that form; use my direct e-mail for that.  The component will be
called org.eclipse.emf.search so I'll ask Nick to open a bugzilla to
request the webmaster to create a module for that.  Once I have the
committer information in place, I'll need to fill out a contribution
questionnaire to review any code that's part of the initial contribution,
but I'll follow up later on the details.
