[emfcp-dev] Starting to use "Help Wanted" Tags

Hi everyone,

as announced in the weekly, I suggest to sue the "help wanted" tags for BRs, which:

- The assignee is fine if anybody else picks up the work or provides a contribution

- If the assignee does not promise a fixed deadline for the completion of this BR
