[emf-dev] EMF Core Build Failure

Hi all,

I've been trying to do an EMF I build for this week, but there's a problem with the tests. All of the reload tests in tools are failing:

They're passing when I run them locally in my workspace, but failing consistently on the build server.

I'm only aware of two changes since M3:

Bug 255469 - Investigate support for dynamic EOperation call API
Bug 295365 - GenModelActionBarContributor adds duplicate annotation-actions separators to editor menu

Since the latter appears to be trivial, I'd imagine the former is more likely responsible. Is anyone able to have a look at the problem?
