Re: [emf-dev] [JCRManagement] proposal

Folks,

Since everyone has had ample opportunity to vote and there were no negative
votes, this component is approved and I will take steps to provision it in
EMFT. Sandro will be developing this component from scratch at Eclipse, so
I believe there is no legal review required, but I am CCing the emo to
ensure that I am making an accurate statement. I've also CCd Bjorn too
keep him in the loop and so he can keep me on the right track should I
stray from it. :-)

Hello Kenn,

at the moment I'm the only initial committer (affiliation: inovex GmbH -
www.inovex.de).
Eclipse Corona (Compuware) and the Eclipse Apogée (Nuxeo) have expressed
their interest explicitly to this proposal. I know that other parties
are also interested in a project like that. I planned to propose it to
the Apache Jackrabbit community after knowing it is possible to have it
at Eclipse.org just for not needing to say "the project will propably be
hosted at Eclipse.org" :-). But if more interested companies/parties are
needed I can propose it to Apache Jackrabbit earlier it's not a problem.

Regards,

Sandro
