[emf-dev] Eclipse DNS problems

          We are experiencing temporary DNS problems for the eclipse.org domain.  These problems will be resolved 
          shortly.  If you are experiencing problems and need immediate access to the servers, the IP addresses 
          are as follows:

          www.eclipse.org and news can be found at 204.138.98.10 

          The development respositories and bugzilla can be found at 204.138.98.15

          and the download server is http://64.38.198.171/downloads/
