Can you be more specific?

I think I'm already using Java 11; maven reports:

Apache Maven 3.6.3 (cecedd343002696d0abb50b32b541b8a6ba2883f)
Maven home: /Volumes/Internal-SSD/Users/ilg/Work/eclipse-plugins.git/EMBEDDED
Java version: 11.0.9, vendor: AdoptOpenJDK, runtime: /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/adoptopenjdk-11.jdk/Contents/Home
Default locale: en_GB, platform encoding: UTF-8
OS name: "mac os x", version: "10.15.7", arch: "x86_64", family: "mac"

Also to be noted that exactly the same configuration, with the '/neon/201705151400/' URL, works just fine, actually it worked for many years, even now.
