Hi everyone,

with a surprisingly large heap of closed issues (thanks, to a large
part, to Ulf, who found some time to work on things), ELK 0.7.0 is
inevitable. I scheduled the release for July 30th. We won’t need a
full-blown release review, since our last review was within a year of
the new release.

The (work in progress) release notes can already be found on GitHub [1].

My plan is to create a release branch one week before the release. That
still gives us a few days to add features and fixes to the release. If
there’s anything you’d like to discuss, now would thus be a perfect
time. :)
