[elk-dev] Release Plans for 0.2.0

Hi everyone,

it seems to me that the new ELK graph has reached a state that we can
release. I propose to get everything going for a 0.2.0 release.

Also, one of our industry partners requires a single fix to be applied
to our 0.1.0 release, which I plan to do and release as 0.1.1.

Any comments or objections?
