[elk-dev] ELKM Code Generation

Developers of the ELK,

I just looked into ways for generating code from elkm files during the
integration build to keep them from being checked into the repository
(which causes merge conflicts that get on people's nerves).

The changes will require the build to be slightly more complex, so
here's your chance to object. ;)

If no one does, I will merge it Tuesday evening and change the build
accordingly.
