[elk-dev] SDK Feature

Hi everyone,

I have added the new plug-ins to the automatic build and have introduced
a new SDK feature for them. The SDK feature currently consists only of
the meta data language editor and has a dependency to the core feature,
since the editor has dependencies to other core ELK plug-ins.

Once I get Hudson to publish the build to the update site (Camille, you
may know a bit about how the HIPP installations are setup?) I'll add the
SDK feature to the Oomph setup.
