[elk-dev] ELK Works!

Hey guys,

here's a summary of the project's current state:

- IP review is still running. However, we've already been cleared for
Guava 15, our only non-Eclipse dependency.

- ELK itself seems to be working. I put together a simple GMF-based
editor yesterday and tested ELK with it. There were a few problems due
to extension point renaming, but they were easily resolved. (there may
be more lurking in the shadows, though...)

- The ELK update site is now built every night and pushed to the Eclipse
download servers. It's already linked from the website.

- I've started writing a Getting Started guide which I plan to have
finished before I give my presentation at EclipseCon Europe. It's just a
rough first try, though.
