[elk-dev] Initial Contribution Submitted

Hi,

just to inform everyone of progress: the initial contribution has now
been submitted to the Eclipse Foundation. Once the contribution is
approved, I will submit it to our new repository and we can start fixing
bugs introduced by all the extension point renaming... ;)

Also, I added a tag in the KIELER Pragmatics repository to mark the
commit the initial contribution is based on.
