Hi all,

All the open API issues and PRs have now been addressed with theexception of the final removal of FeatureDescriptor (#47) which willneed to wait until Jakarta EE 11.

Therefore, I'd like to try and get a Milestone release out fairly soon -particularly for the specs that depend on EL.

I'll try and get that done this week. It has been a while since I havedone this so I might need some help.
