I have added a section to the contributor guide (http://wiki.eclipse.org/EGit/Contributor_Guide#Links) that contains links to Bugzilla charts, reports and lists for EGit and JGit. This makes it easier to keep track of the current (bug) situation and to detect trends over time.

I added charts for all bugs including closed ones and reformatted this section into a table
