One thing to note is that one of our JGit tests is taking an eternity...
Running org.eclipse.jgit.storage.file.ConcurrentRepackTest
Tests run: 4, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0, Time elapsed: 1,086.806 sec

I can't reproduce this locally... and we do have one test failure
org.eclipse.jgit.diff.PatienceDiffTest but that's a combination of my
and Shawn's fault... will be fixed soon...
