A Committer election for Benjamin Arfa on project Eclipse Free BIRD Tools
(technology.efbt) was started by Neil Mackenzie with this criteria:

Benjamins has made a very large impact on the project with his in depth
experiance in BIRD (The  Banks Integrated Reporting Dictionary from the
European Central Bank) and Python software developement.

They have addressed the following issues and more:

They have also contributed extensively to design, and are contributing to
user documenation
