that would be great improvement but at this point I'm more interested
into getting these APIs out from my table rather sooner than later. Some
users are waiting for JDK 11 related fixes contained in these APIs.

When that's done we should definitely try this release again and iron
out any kinks. Rephrased, I'm not sure what will happen when they do
migrate us and there are staged repositories -- we may be forced to
re-roll during the migration anyway.

forward[1]? There was no feedback from no one from the spec committee
during more than a month, which in fact means that all prepared
binaries vanished from staging repos.
